Villa Finland
The House is just finished and the modern exterior design has been decorated to make it modern, functional and cozy.
Distributed taking advantage the terrain unevennes, the whole house has enjoyed the panoramic views.
It is accessed from the upper floor where the garage with space for two cars.
On the main floor there is the fully equipped open plan kitchen, the dining room and large living room that has a small central patio with glass walls to make even more natural light, and the magnificent terrace. This floor there is also a bedroom with bathroom en suite.
On the ground floor we find two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is designed to enjoy the views from the bed, with its bathroom and dressing area.
From two of the bedrooms you can go directly to take a relaxing bath in the pool overlooking the sea or simply enjoy the garden.
The fourth room is independent the rest of the house and has toilet which makes it ideal to use as an office.
Benalmádena is much more than a village on the Costa del Sol. This municipality is divided into three perfectly defined areas. The village at the top of the hill, full of Andalusian charm, and viewpoints with beautiful sea views, with a special mention to the viewpoint of La Estupa (the largest Buddhist temple outside of Tibet). The town then has a more cosmopolitan area, with many shops, restaurants, the famous Tivoli amusement park, the beautiful La Paloma Park, train station near the airport and downtown Malaga and many more activities. And as an emblematic point for fun and tourism its famous Marina with a surprising and attractive architecture that has been awarded twice as the ‘Best Marina in the World’.
