Completed in 2013 was designed to create a cosy and exclusive home where beautiful views are present, enhancing and improving each of the rooms.

We went on  road with pine trees and small ponds and waterfalls.

The House welcomed us in nice distributor and a bigwooden door carved, which invites to come  into lounge and the dining room, where we can sit down to enjoy the spectacular sea view, only improved from the terrace where you can sit and spend the hours.

On this floor is the large kitchen, modern and fully equipped with breakfast area and porch with cosy outdoor dining area and large pantry.

This plant is also the magnificent master bedroom with Jacuzzi overlooking the sea, bathroom  with sauna and adressing room.

We went down to 3 bedrooms, two of them share a room withdressing, 2 bathrooms.

The laundry is located on the back.

Going down we arrived  at great Hall of leisure, a large open space  with indoor BBQ and kitchen for large meetings or spend the day with the family, enjoying the swimming pool which is located through glass doors.

The swimming pool has natural lake design  and a big toboggan that invite to spend the day playing and enjoying.

Walking through the garden you can climb to wooden pallets  on pines to expand  the views or go to the playground with see saw and trampoline for children We also have golf driving range with three holes

Lovely apartment with independent entrance, livingroom with sea view, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

It is nearly finished – now for more cold days heated swimming– pool is being built that will have the best views of the sea.

Benalmádena is much more than a village on the Costa del Sol. This municipality is divided into three perfectly defined areas. The village at the top of the hill, full of Andalusian charm, and viewpoints with beautiful sea views, with a special mention to the viewpoint of La Estupa (the largest Buddhist temple outside of Tibet). The town then has a more cosmopolitan area, with many shops, restaurants, the famous Tivoli amusement park, the beautiful La Paloma Park, train station near the airport and downtown Malaga and many more activities. And as an emblematic point for fun and tourism its famous Marina with a surprising and attractive architecture that has been awarded twice as the ‘Best Marina in the World’.
