Townhouse Las Flores
It reminds us:
In a housing development very close to the beach and with the charm of a village there is this beautiful townhouse.
Through the bright morning courtyard we enter the drawing room to reach the bright dining room, the recently renovated open kitchen and a toilet. From the dining room we go out to the wonderful terrace overlooking the sea where you can enjoy sunbathing or dinner while you see some beautiful sunsets over the Stupa (Buddhist temple of Benalmádena).
We return to the drawing room to go up a short and comfortable staircase where we have on the right the two bedrooms, both with exit to the balcony and built-in wardrobes and to the left the bathroom with underfloor heating.
Furnished, with air conditioning, new windows with double glazing, new electric awning and armoured door.
In the housing development there is a marvelous swimming pool with beautiful views and streets and squares where you can stroll. From the house you can walk to the beach.
Benalmádena is much more than a village on the Costa del Sol. This municipality is divided into three perfectly defined areas. The village at the top of the hill, full of Andalusian charm, and viewpoints with beautiful sea views, with a special mention to the viewpoint of La Estupa (the largest Buddhist temple outside of Tibet). The town then has a more cosmopolitan area, with many shops, restaurants, the famous Tivoli amusement park, the beautiful La Paloma Park, train station near the airport and downtown Malaga and many more activities. And as an emblematic point for fun and tourism its famous Marina with a surprising and attractive architecture that has been awarded twice as the ‘Best Marina in the World’.
